In the petrochemical sector, Van de Walle is mostly known for its heat exchangers. Just as in the chemical sector, here as well we start from a detailed set of specifications, with very high standards. Thanks to Van de Walle’s extended knowledge, we can fullfill the highest quality standards.

Van de Walle has years of experience in the gas sector, working for clients such as Technogas and Fluxys, both building gas streets and distribution systems. Typically, pharmaceutical companies have very specific and detailed specification lists. Examples of how Van de Walle can add value are reactors and heat exchangers in specific alloys such als titanium and hastelloy.

Within the food & beverage industry, Van de Walle is known for its high quality heat exchangers, even in CIP-installations (cleaning in place). Often, clients have a general challenge, expecting Van de Walle to solve it by its reknown engineering power. We are globally known in in the brewery sector (such as ABInbev) and the potato industry.

Here, we mostly design, build and install pressure vessels capable of dealing with high pressure and high temperature (200 bar, 100°C). These vessels are entirely tailor-made.

In the water sector, Van de Walle mostly offers solutions for cooling and heating. Examples are the recovery of heat from polluted residual water, using the warmth to heat cold water.

Van de Walle offers tailor-made solutions for water purifiers. It can build installations to cool down residual water before draining it. These kind of cooling towers also need heat exchangers.
