Who are we?

Van de Walle Apparatenbouw builds process equipment for the industry: heat exchangers, condensers, gas coolers, coolers, gas economisers, pressure vessels, skids, etc.

And all of that 100% tailor-made according to the customer's needs! From engineering to production, inspection and on-site delivery.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Designer to strengthen our team.

What will you do?

  • You are responsible for:
    • Development of designs and concepts
    • Design and amend existing installations
    • Drawing of parts using Inventor
  • Drawing up bill of materials
  • Requesting prices from suppliers
  • You will help build complete installations according to the customer's product requirements and specifications
  • You look for technical solutions
  • You will process technical feedback from our production and help improve the production process

Who are you?

  • You have a technical bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience
  • You have knowledge of the 3D design system, preferably Inventor
  • You have good technical insight
  • You are independant and accurate
  • You are enthusiastic and dynamic
  • You have knowledge of Dutch. French/English is a plus
